Fisher, Jr, by <br />deed recorded in Vol. 31.2, Page 381, Deed Records, <br />Lamar County, Texas and being more particularly de- <br />scribed as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a point, rhe Northeast corner of <br />Morningside Estates, Part said point being in the <br />present City Limit Line and in the West Uoundary <br />line of the above mentioned 44 acre Fislier tract; <br />TI-IC, NCF N 0 deg. 26 min.
