and also being the Northwest corner of a tract of land <br />conveyed by the City of Paris to the Paris Texas <br />Industrial Foundation, Inc., now owned by the Southeastern <br />Rubber Company, of which the Foundation Tract is recorded <br />in Volume 360, Page 238, Deed Records of Lamar County, <br />Texas. <br />THENC E South 220 00 East with the West Boundary Line <br />of the Rubber Company Tract 874.8 feet to the Southwest <br />Corner of said tract in the North Line of 50 foot strip <br />of land reserved by the Industrial..Foundation for a <br />railroad spur. <br />THENCE North 68~00 East with the South Boundary Line <br />of the Rubber Company Tract 1054.5 feei: more or less to <br />a point in the North Line of the Right-of-Way of the <br />Industrial Spur, said poinl; being an extension of the <br />West Boundary Line of Tract of Land owned by L. B. B. <br />Corporation, and of which a description of said tract is <br />recorded in Volume 360, Page 321, Deed Records of Lamar <br />County, Texas. <br />THENCE South 51 feet more or less to the South Right- <br />of-Way Line of the Industrial Spur, and being the North- <br />west Corner of the L. B. B. Tract and continuing on South <br />" 288.5 feet to the Southwest Corner of said L. B. B. Tr.act <br />and the Northwest corner of a second L. B. B. Second Tract for an <br />additional 213 feet to the Southwest corner of the <br />' L. B. B. Second Tract, acorner in the Nori:h Boundary <br />Line of a tract of land now owned by the Paris <br />Industrial Foundat~i on. <br />THENCE East with the South Boundary Line of the <br />L. B. B. Second Tract 710 feet to a point 5 feet West <br />of the West Boundary Line of 19th Street N. W. (F.M. 79). <br />THINCE North parallel and S feet West of the West <br />Bounda.ry Line of 19th N. W. 1641.5 feet more or less <br />to a point in the present City Limits Line as de- <br />scribed in Annexation Ordinance No. 1617, a point where <br />the present City Limits Line located alongthe South <br />Right-of-Way of Loop 286 connects with the present <br />City Limits Line running North across the Loop on the <br />West side of theLalce Road. <br />Containing 50.31 Acres more or less of land. <br />Section 2. The above described territory and area so <br />annexed shall be a part of the City of Paris, Texas, and the <br />property so added hereby shall bear its pro rata part of the <br />, taxes levied by the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, and the in- <br />' ~habitants thereof sha11 be entitled to all of the rights and <br />privileges of all the citizens and shall be bound by the acts, <br />ordinances, resolutions and regulations of the City of Paris, <br />Paris, Texas. That the above property shall be annexed under <br />the zoning classification of Heavy Industrial (HI) as is pro- <br />vided for under Zoning Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, <br />Paris, Texas. <br />Section 3. This ordinance shall be published and passed <br />in the manner provided in Article II, Section 7, of the Charter <br />of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas. <br />
