. ~ The inhabita.nts within said annexed territories are and shall here- after be entitled to enjoy all the rights, privileges and immunities of citizens of the City of Paris, and all laWs, ordinances, rules, resolutions, acts, and regula.tions of said City now in force in said City of Paris and that may hereaftex be passed, shall be and are in full force and effect in said texritories hereby annexed and admitted. Section 2, That the preaent boundaries of Ward Three of the City of Paris be, and the same are hereby 8xtended so as to embrace and in- clude within said Ward Three all of said property described above as Tract 1, and the same is hereby incorporated in said Ward Three of the Gity of Paris. Section 3. Tha.t' the present bounda,ries of Ward Foux of the Citjr of Paris be, and the same are hereby extended so as to embrace and include within said Ward Four all of said property described above as Tract 2, and the same is hereby incorporated in said Ward Four of the City of Paris. Section 4. The City Engineer is hereby instructed to ma.ke a com•. p~ete survey pf the above described territoxies and to maxlc the boundariea thereof by proper monuments; and to survey, estaliieh and open, under the direction of the City Ma,na.ger, all streets, roads, alleys and ways in said territories dedicated to public use;' and to ma.ke and file with the City Clerk a complete ma,p of said newly annexed territories showing all property lines, lots, and tracts herein, together with the names of the owners of same, and all streets, alleys, roads and vvays dedicated to public uae; and to imme- diately correct the map of the City of Paris so as to add thereto, the addi.- tiona,l territories described herein, indicating bn s.uch map the date of annexation, the numberof the ordinances and reference to the minutes or ordinance records of the City of Paris where such instrument is recorded in full. ' Section 5. The City Tax Asseasor and Collector of Taxes of the City of Paris is hereby directed to list all lnta, tracts and property situated in said annexed territories on the tax rolls of the City of Pa.ris andhereafter to assess same for taxes in accordance with law. Section 6. All of the above two txacts are annexed in the coxporate limita of the City of, Paris in the zoning cla.ssification of "G'i Commercial described in prdina.nce Na. 1409. Section This ordinance shaJ.l hecome effective upon fina.l pasaage. Introduced at a regular maeting of the City Council on the 12th day of October A.
