The inhabita.nts within said annexed territory are and shall hereafter be entitled to'enjoy all tlie rights, privileges and immunities of citizens of the City of Paris, and all laws, ordinances, rules, resolutions, acts, and regula- tiona of said City iiow in force in said City of Paris, and tha.t may be here.- after pasaed, shall be and are in full force and effect in said territory hereby annexec~ ar~~i admitted., said area to be admitted under a Residential zoning claesitica ion. ~ Section Z. That the present boundaries of Ward One of the City of Paris be, and the same are hereby extended so as to embrace and include within said Ward One all of the said property which is deacribed above, and 'the same is hereby incorporated in said Ward One of the City of Paris. 5ection 3. The City Engineer is hereby instructed to make a complete survey of the allove deacribed territory and to mark the boundaries thereof by proper monuments; and to survey, establish and open, under the direction of the City Ma.na.ger, a11 streets, roads, alleys and ways in said territory dedicated to public use; and to make and file with i:he Gity Clerk a complete map of said newly annexed territory showing all property lines, lots, and tracts therein, together with the names of the owners of same, and all streets, alleys, roads and ways dedicated to public use; and to immediately correct the map of the City of Paris so as to add thereto, the additional territory described herein, indicating on auch map the date of annexation, ~ the number of the ordinances and reference to the minutes or ordin.ance records of the City of Paris where such instrument is recorded in full. Section 4. The City Tax Aasessor and Collector o£ Taxes of the City of Paris is hereby directed to list all lots, tracts arid property situated in said annexed territory on the ta.x rolls of the City of Paris and hereafter to assesp same for taxes in accordance with law. Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective upon final passage. Introduced at a regular meei:ing of the City Council on the lOth day of ' ~A,ugust, A. D., 1959.
