Clean and TV Inspection
85 - Clean, TV Inspect Line
This method is based on use of nothing more than a standard jet cleaner truck.
86 - Heavy Clean, TV Inspect Line
T'his method is used when debris is more than 20% of pipe depth and typically
includes use of power rodders, bucket machines, or proloriged use of a jet cleaner.
87 - Remove Roots, Clean. TV Inspect Line
This rehabilitation method is applicable when it is necessary to remove roots from
the line prior to TV inspection. Typically, these roots are no larger than an inch
and can be removed by various cutting devices. An example is a hydrostatically
driven unit with circular blades powered by the water pressure in a jet cleaner
truck.
88 - Remove Heavy Roots, Clean, TV Inspect Line
This rehabilitation method is similaz to rehabilitation method 87 except the
degree of root intrusion is greater and requires more time and heavier equipment
to remove the roots.
ADS Environmental Services, Inc.
VI-25
