Karol Lyn and Hunter Moore - 135 Lamar Avenue <br />Karol Lyn Moore <br />provided the Commission with a copy of prop <br />sed signage that <br />consists of 12" plastic lettering to be located below <br />the window sill by <br />the rosettes. The drawing included a sign located <br />n the corner of the <br />building that Mrs. Moore said they had decided ag <br />inst; however, the <br />Commission advised Mrs. Moore that they liked <br />this kind of sign. <br />Chairman Starrett stated that a sign on the corner <br />would come more <br />closely to lending historical accuracy. Barbara Wil <br />on recommended <br />that Mrs. Moore contact the Main Street Manager <br />to have a request <br />placed with THC to recommend a sign design. <br />ith regard to the <br />request to remove paint, Chairman Starrett advised <br />hat the Standards <br />provide only for removal if it does not damage the <br />asonry.
