Minutes of the PEDC Regular meeting July 21, 2004 Page3 Mr. Vest report to the Board on their prospect activities and advised that the only advertising they were doing is the billboard on Interstate 30, so they are not getting magazine leads like they normally do. Mr. Vest informed the Board that they were basically working through their allies and the State Department of Future Development. Mr. Vest said they have two very good prospects this last month. He advised that one was Project Bravo, which is a data processing center and is a Fortune 500 Company and will employee approximately 350 people. He advised that they were working through the Path Finders Consultants out of Dallas on this prospect. Mr. Vest advised that they were working on another operation and the Company is Areledge Power Real Estate, which is a national Real Estate firm, and they came to us and asked that the PEDC submit a proposal and they did. He said this is a 400 to 500 employee operation and he will know next week if the PEDC makes their short list. Resolution No. 2004-005, a resolution of the Board of Directors of the Paris Economic Development Corporation establishing the monthly meeting schedule for the upcoming year, was presented. A motion was made by Director Bass, seconded by Director Norment, for approval of the resolution. The motion carried unanimously.
