<br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF <br />MAIN STREET ADVISORY BOARD <br /> <br />Monda June 2 2004 <br />City Hall Annex <br />150 1st Street South East <br />Break Room <br />2:30 p.m. <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />A meeting of the member of the Paris Main Street Advisory Board <br />was held on Wednesday, June 23, 2004, at 3 p.m., in the City Hall <br />Annex Break Room, with Zach Saffle, Chairman, presiding. <br /> <br />PRESENT: <br /> <br />Pike Burkhart <br />Suzy Harper <br />Zach Saffle <br /> <br />Barbara Wilson <br />David House <br /> <br />Renee Harvey <br />Linda Suarez <br /> <br />ABSENT: Bailey Gant <br />Also present were: <br /> <br />Lindsey Harper, Main Street Coordinator, City of Paris <br />Lisa Wright, Director, Community Development, City of Paris <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 3 p.m. <br /> <br />The minutes of the previous meeting held on Monday, May 23, 2004, <br />were unanimously approved as submitted. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Lindsey Harper presented a report on the proposed pocket park with <br />sketches and MHS Planning and Deisgn Company. In her report, <br />Lindsey stated that there was a 50-50 grant out for the park's <br />development and that approval for the grant will be sought at the <br />upcoming City Council meeting on July 12.
