First reading, deliberate and possibly act on an Ordinance amending Chapter 31, Traffic <br />Code of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris, by adding a new Article VII Towing <br />Impoundment Policy, providing for the towing and impoundment of vehicles where <br />drivers fail to provide proof of liability insurance. <br />20. Consider and approve future events for City Council and/or City Staff pursuant to <br />Resolution No. 2004-081. <br />21.
