The final contract amount is $1,474,897.54 for the S. Collegiate Drive <br />project; authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute all necessary documents <br />POLICY ISSUE(S): <br />Contract change order <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The net amount of change order #2 is $923.84. An itemized list is included for the 10 line items. The <br />largest single line item ($12,129.42) is the addition of rock riprap around the major drainage structures <br />on the project.
