Main, stated that she lives in the area as well as several raised their hands. Melissa Wickersham, Kelly Wickersham's wife, spoke gainst the petition stating that she is Margie Bell's granddaughter and t is like the Bell family against the rest of Church Street. Ms. Wickers am stated that she grew up on Church Street, goes to church on Ch rch Street and she know lives on Church Street. Ms. Wickersham i proud of what they have accomplished. Ms. Wickersham stated that their neighborhood is improving with or without historic prese ation. There was no further opposition, the public hearing w s declared closed. 8. Consideration of and action on the Historic Preservation ommission for a designation of Historic Overlay District No.2 (HD) n parts of South Church, South Main, and ¡st Street SW. The followin described area will be known as the South Church, South Main, and Is Street SW Historic District. Starting at the intersection of West Sherman Street and 1st Street SW, then south along 1st Street SW to Hearne Avenue, then east along Hearne Avenue to South Church Street, then north along So th Church Street to Kaufman Street. This is the general description of the area with the following additions and exclusions. The following lots are west of 1 st Street SW and shall be inc ded in the area: City Block 137, Lots 6, 6A, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12; Ci Block 149, Lots 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12; City Block 156, Lots 7, 8, 9, 10 11, 12 and 13.
