Regular Council Meeting <br />November 14, 2011 <br />Page 2 <br />Dr. Wally Kraft, 4200 Clarksville Street - he said he was there on behalf of the Paris- <br />Lamar County Health Department and that he would defer to Dr. Bert Strom. <br />Dr. Bert Strom, 4025 Holbrook - he spoke in support of the Paris-Lamar County Health <br />Board and retaining the status 9uo between the Board and the City of Paris. <br />Dr. Wally Kraft, 4200 Clarksville Street - he said he had been on the Board <br />approximately 30 years and he proposed an Interlocal Agreement between the City, County and <br />the Health Department. He expressed concern about losing Health Department employees, citing <br />the reason as being the Health Department employees would not be allowed to continue to <br />participate in the City's pension plan. <br />Dr. Robert Moseley, 3915 Shannon - he reiterated Dr. Strom and Dr. Kraft. <br />Consent Ap-enda <br />Mayor Hashmi inquired of Council Members if they wished to pull any items from the <br />Consent Agenda for discussion. There were none. <br />A Motion to approve the Consent Agenda was made by Council Member Pickle and <br />seconded by Council Member Frierson. The Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed <br />to approve and adopt Consent Agenda Items 5& 6. <br />5. Deliberate and act on the approval of minutes from the meetings on October 10, 2011 and <br />October 24, 2011. <br />6. Receive and deliberate on reports and/or minutes from the following boards, <br />commissions, and committees: <br />a. Airport Advisory Board (9-15-2011) <br />Regular Agenda <br />7. Deliberate and act on the curb and gutter variance, Preliminary Plat and Final Plat for the <br />Offutt Properties CB 771ocated in the 400 Block of N. Main Street. <br />A Motion to approve this item was made by Council Member Pickle and was seconded <br />by Council Member Grossnickle. Motion carried, 6 ayes - 1 nay, with Council Member <br />McCarthy casting the dissenting vote. <br />8. Deliberate and act on the Preliminary Plat and Final Plat for Dylan's Place 266 addition <br />located in the 1400 Block of NE 20`" Street. <br />A Motion to approve this item was made by Council Member Wright and seconded by <br />Council Member Frierson.
