<br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE PLANNING AND <br />ZONING COMMISSION <br />OCTOBER 7, 2004 <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission met Thursday, October 7, 20~4, 4:30 <br />P.M., Love Civic Center, 2025 S. Collegiate, Paris, Texas with the following <br />members present: <br /> <br />1. Reeves Hayter <br />2. Barbara Forrest <br />3. Russell McCain <br /> <br />4. Marshall Kent <br />5. Carl Lucas <br /> <br />Lisa Wright, the Director of Community Development was also present. <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order by Reeves Hayter. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The minutes from the (September 7,2004) meeting were approved with <br />a motion by Carl Lucas, seconded by Russell McCain. Motion carried <br />by a vote of 5 a'yes and 0 nays. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Public Hearing to consider the petition of Charles Park for a change in <br />zoning from a Two~Family Dwelling District (2F) to a Neighborhood <br />Service District (NS) With Specific Use Permit (28) Mortuary or <br />Funeral Parlor, on Lot 10, City Block 70-A, being located at 1305 Pine <br />Bluff Street. <br /> <br />,The public hearing was declared open. <br /> <br />~here was no one present to speak in favor of or in opposition to the <br />petition. <br /> <br />The public hearing was declared closed. <br />
