Motion carried by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />Consideration of and action on the Final Plat on Lot 1, Block A, Paris <br />Retirement Village (City Block 308), being located at 1400 W. <br />Washington Street. <br /> <br />Motion was made to approve the Final Plat by Carl Lucas, seconded by <br />Barbara Forrest, subject to the City Engineer's Memo dated, October <br />4; 2004. Motion carried by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lots 10, 11, and 12, <br />Block I, and Lots 2, 3, and 4, Block J, Oak Creek-Phase X. <br /> <br />There was no action taken on this item due to lack of a quorum, <br />Chairman Reeves Hayter would have had to be excused from <br />consideration of this item. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 4:45 p.m. <br />
