<br />Section 8. That the form of the contract or any contract supplement as the same shall be <br />required as a result of the aforesaid supplemental grant between the City of Paris and the Counties <br />of Lamar, Fannin, Hopkins, Delta, Franklin, and now joined by Rains County, the Cities of Bonham <br />and Sulphur Springs, and the 8th Judicial District Attorney for Delta and Franklin Counties, wherein <br />the agencies agree to be bound by the requirements of said supplemental grant, shall be and the same <br />is hereby, approved. <br /> <br />Section 9. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to execute, <br />on behalf of the City of Paris, any such supplement or amendment to the aforesaid Interagency <br />Agreement, as shall be required as a condition of acceptance of the aforesaid supplemental grant. <br /> <br />Section 10.
