Activated Carbon $0.365/lb <br />Resolution No. 2004-157 - A resolution approving the extension of Emergency <br />Medical Services to that area of Lamar County, State of Texas, outside the city <br />limits of the City of Paris and authorizing the execution of an Interlocal <br />Cooperation Contract between the City of Paris and the County of Lamar for <br />such emergency services, was presented. <br />City Attorney Schenk said this was the annual renewal of this contract. <br />Councilman Bell made a motion to approve the resolution, which was seconded <br />by Councilwoman Fisher. The motion carried 4 ayes, 1 nay, Councilman <br />Wilson voting no. <br />Resolution 2004-158 - A resolution approving and authorizing the execution <br />of Change Order No. 4 (Attachment No. 4) to Contract for Public Services, <br />TDH Document No. 7560022067-2005, was presented. Councilman Bell made <br />a motion for approval, which was seconded by Councilman Wilson. The motion <br />carried 5 ayes, 0 nays. <br /> <br />
