Cherry Street, Part of Lots 6, 7, and 8, Block 4, Springlake <br /> - Motion to demolish the structure within 30 days with a $1000 <br />Addition <br />per day civil penalty and, if the building is not demolished within the 30 <br />day time period, the City will demolish the building, was made by <br />Harrell Tippett, seconded by Mary Crumpler. Motion carried 6-0. <br />D. <br />110 19th Street S.E., Lot 10 and the north 25' of Lot 11, Block 1, Anita <br /> - Yvonne Gray was present to speak and asked for <br />Park Addition <br />enough time to tear the house down. She said she had no money and <br />had been trying to tear the house herself. Motion to demolish the <br />structure within 30 days with a $1000 per day civil penalty and, if the <br />building is not demolished within the 30 day time period, the City will <br />demolish the building, was made by Patrick Brown, seconded by Chad <br />Brown. Motion carried 6-0. <br />E. - Motion to <br />803 Cedar Street, Lot 17, Block 4, Gibbons Park Addition <br />demolish the structure within 30 days with a $1000 per day civil penalty <br />and, if the building is not demolished within the 30 day time period, the <br />City will demolish the building, was made by Patrick Brown, seconded <br />by Harrell Tippitt. Motion carried 6-0. <br />F. - Michael and Tina Gentry spoke and <br />1253 Graham, Lot 9, City Block 48 <br />stated they had taken this house in trade for another and have done <br />some work on it. Motion to demolish the structure within 60 days or <br />bring to code, with a $1000 per day civil penalty and, if the building is <br />not demolished within the 30 day time period, the City will demolish the <br />building, was made by Chad Brown, seconded by Patrick Brown. <br />Motion carried 6-0. <br />G. - Motion to demolish the <br />1300 W. Kaufman, Lot 12, City Block 128 <br />structure within 30 days with a $1000 per day civil penalty and, if the <br />building is not demolished within the 30 day time period, the City will <br />demolish the building, was made by Ward Hall, seconded by Harrell <br />Tippitt. Motion carried 6-0. <br />H. - Motion <br />15 W. Neagle, Lot 19, Block B, Subdivision of City Block 170-B <br />to demolish the structure within 30 days with a $1000 per day civil <br />penalty and, if the building is not demolished within the 30 day time <br />period, the City will demolish the building, was made by Mary Crumpler, <br />seconded by Lucius Joe, Jr. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />
