<br />Write Offs. Most of the vacancies were evicted or left before the eviction process <br />was complete for Criminal Related Activity and Non Payment of Rent. <br /> <br />4) Three Eviction Cases still in the Appeal Process. Two cases for Non-payment of <br />rent – Linnie King and Ramona James. The other pending case is Creola Cotton – <br />being evicted due to the fact that her son accosted the Housing Authority‘s <br />Maintenance Supervisor. <br /> <br />5) Effective July 1, 2005 Preferences regarding income will be reinstated into the <br />Paris Housing Authority’s Waiting Lists and Offering Process due to the fact that <br />the Young Litigation has been settled and the QWHRA Act of 1998 will be in <br />effect. <br /> <br />6) The 2004 CFP had to be revised due to the replacement of some of the Central <br />Heating Units. These units are becoming a danger and need to be replaced now <br />instead of 2005. <br /> <br />RESOLUTIONS: <br />2004-41 Contract with EHS Construction for Repair of 2 units for the costs of <br />$21,615.00(one water damage and one fire damage) – motion to accept <br />made by Annette Grant and seconded by Kathleen Edge Passed 3-0 <br /> <br /> <br />Motion was made for the adjournment of the meeting by Kathleen Edge and seconded by <br />Annette Grant – adjournment 3-0.
