Our study is not purported <br />to entail in-depth marketing analysis and other data that a developer would want to review in <br />conducting his due diligence testing. This study is provided to the City of Paris staff and elected <br />officials for the purpose of clarifying their options with respect to surplus property around Lake <br />Crook.
