3. <br />Consideration of and possible action on approving the Design Guidelines for <br /> Motion was made by Sue Lancaster, <br />the Downtown Historic District. <br />seconded by Ann Rodgers that the second draft be approved as revised and <br />that the Historic Preservation Officer review and select two members from the <br />Board and make the final decision on the guidelines.
