I recommend denial of the <br />master plat based on the items listed below. <br /> <br />1. Eliminate Milan St. or Chantelle Drive, the street should only have one name. <br />2. Provide data for all of the curves and angles at all of the intersections. <br />3. Provide the channel widths on the open ditch flumes. <br />4. Revise block letters and lot numbers to show the construction phases. <br />5. The water lines should be looped as the subdivision is developed. The water lines should <br />be looped to F .M. 195 and to Oak Creek Subdivision. <br />6. A direct access is needed onto F.11. 195 froin this proposed subdivision.
