CITY COUNCIL AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Paris shall meet in regular session at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, February 13, 2012. The meeting will be held at the City Council Chamber, 107 E. Kaufman Street, in Paris, Texas. The matters to be discussed and acted upon are as follows: Opening Agenda 1. Call meeting to order. 2. Invocation. 3. Pledge of Allegiance. 4. Citizens' forum. (Persons desiring to address the Council must limit their presentation to no more than two minutes. Unless an item is posted on the Agenda, the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the Council from responding to any comments other than to refer the matter to a future agenda, to an existing policy, or to a staff person with specific factual information. Proclamation declaring the month of February as Project S.A.M., "Sensory Accommodations Make a Difference." b. Proclamation declaring the month of February as "Operation Second Chance." c. Proclamation declaring the month of February as Campaign E.P.I.D.E.M.I.C. Month. d. Proclamation declaring the month of February as Official Boy Scout Month. Regular Agenda 6. Deliberate and act on the Preliminary Plat and Final Plat of Lots 1 and 2, Block B, Morningside North #2 Addition, located in the 4200 Block of Lamar Avenue. 7. Deliberate and act on the Final Plat of Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block A, Lamar Business Park Addition, located in the 800 Block of Loop 286 S.E. 8. Deliberate and act on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Victory Baptist Church Addition CB 316, located at 3155 Pine Mill Road. 9. Presentation by Mayor Hashmi on the advantages/disadvantages of 4A/ 4B Corporation designation; deliberate and provide direction to City Staff. 10.
