Brame, spoke in opposition of privatization of trash <br />collection. <br />B.Don Taylor - did not speak. <br />C.Gwen Huggins - did not speak. <br />D.Bret Holbert - 331 CR 3980, Paris, spoke in opposition of fire department cuts. <br />E.Robert Zimmerman - spoke in opposition of cuts in EMS, police and fire. <br />F.John Holmes - 520 Deshong, Paris, spoke in opposition of cuts that will <br />impact city services. <br />G.Jim Kain - 571Willow Cove, Reno, spoke in opposition of proposed cuts - <br />emergency services being primary concern. <br />H.John Ridley - did not speak. <br />I.Doug Garnett - CR44550 1490, spoke in opposition of EMS and fire <br />department cuts. <br />J.Elaine Bell - did not speak. <br />K.Michael Huggins - did not speak. <br />L.Herb Campbell - 2552 Clark Lane, spoke about his primary concerns of the <br />recommended staffing levels in the utility department and the deficit in water <br />sewer fund. <br />M.Mary Ann Campbell - 2552 Clark Lane, spoke in opposition of privatization <br />of trash and cuts in EMS. <br />N.John Fuston - 4010 Miranda, spoke in opposition of cutting in the fire and <br />EMS departments. <br /> <br />
