Regular City Council Meeting <br /> March 14, 2005 <br /> Page 7 <br />O.Mark Johnson - 193 CR 35920, Powderly, Texas, spoke in opposition of <br />having an ambulance with one paramedic instead of two paramedics. <br />P.Harry Crawford - 8173 FM 79, Paris, spoke in opposition of having an <br />ambulance with one paramedic instead of two paramedics. <br />Q.Tim Ray - 3720 Leigh Drive, Paris, spoke in opposition of cuts in emergency <br />service departments. <br />rd <br />R.T. K. Haynes - 650 33 S.E., Paris , requested that capital projects be placed <br />on hold, that public hearings be held and that suggestions of alternative <br />methods of cutting be looked at. <br />S.Eric Pearson - P.O. Box 100, Deport, spoke in opposition of cutting <br />emergency service departments. <br />T.Other interested citizens: <br />Mike Foreman - 1333 Washington Street, expressed his concern about the <br />budget and the amount of money, high taxes and attracting industry to Paris. <br />Jim Bryan - 2555 E. Cherry, spoke in opposition of trash privatization. <br />Becki Norment - 606 Church Street, read a letter from Dr. Strom regarding his <br />concerns of having one paramedic on an ambulance instead of two paramedics. <br />Becki Norment expressed the same concerns. <br />Ray Banks - 3450 Robin Road, spoke in opposition of trash privatization. <br />Marcia Draper - 847 S. Collegiate, spoke in opposition of taking police out of <br />the schools, privatizing trash service and the spraying of herbicides. <br />Julian Peterson - 2810 Clark Lane, spoke in opposition of taking police out of <br />the schools and spraying herbicides. <br />Mary Pruitt - 533 E.
