<br />(d) <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />When the water supply available to the City of Paris is equal to or <br />less than seventy percent (70%) of the Conservation pool in Pat <br />Mayse Lake and Lake Crook combined; or <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />When, pursuant to requirements specified in the City of Paris' <br />wholesale water purchase contracts, notification is received <br />requesting initiation of Stage 2 of the Drought Contingency Plan; <br />or <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />When total daily water demand equals or exceeds thirty-two (32) <br />million gallons for fourteen consecutive days or thirty-six (36) <br />million gallons for six (6) consecutive days; or <br /> <br />d. <br /> <br />Continually falling treated water reservoir levels which do not refill <br />above seventy percent (70%) overnight. <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />Requirements for termination - Stage 2 of the Plan may be rescinded <br />when all of the conditions listed as triggering events have ceased to exist <br />for a period of 14 consecutive days. Upon termination of Stage 2, Stage <br />1 becomes operative. <br /> <br />Stage 3 Triggers - Severe Water Shortage Conditions <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />Requirements for initiation - Retail water customers shall be required to <br />comply with the requirements and restrictions on certain non-essential <br />water uses provided in Section 34-156 of this Article for Stage 3 when <br />anyone of the following triggering events exists: <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />When the water supply available to the City of Paris is equal to or <br />less than sixty percent (60%) of the Conservation pool in Pat <br />Mayse Lake and Lake Crook combined; or <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />When, pursuant to requirements specified in the City of Paris' <br />wholesale water purchase contracts, notification is received <br />requesting initiation of Stage 3 of the Drought Contingency Plan; <br />or <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />When total daily water demand equals or exceeds thirty-four (34) <br />million gallons for twenty-one consecutive days or thirty-six (36) <br />million gallons for nine (9) consecutive days; or <br /> <br />d. <br /> <br />Continually falling treated water reservoir levels which do not refill <br />above sixty percent (60%) overnight. <br /> <br />-6- <br />
