BookKeeper - Sheny Yea1man She does the fmal book work & title work and has many years of experien.ce in this field of work. #2 We will set up the auction & make ready, take care of everything during the auction~ and take care of UIÙoading & load out & clean up after auction. We will take care of all the advertising, sign up registration for bidders to buy, we will take in the money~ keep up with what items sell for, & all the final paper work. #3 We arc capable of selling items throughout the year that miss the designated auction date at one of our monthly auction sales whether it be equipment, vehicle~ or furniture & appliances. #4 We have a forklift for unloading & loading, we have all the items needed for bidders registration & payout, we have lot tags & stickers, bid cards, clerk sheets, checkout receipts, a copier, a po.rtapotty if needed & we also provide food & drinks. ##5 All buyers must register with Auction Company in order to bid or buy. All bidders & buyers must have a valid drivers license in order to register, upon registration bidder will be given a buyers nwnber and Auction Company will keep bidders & buyers address, drivers license number & buyers number on file. N6 AU buyers must pay for merchandise before buyer & items leave premises. Payments must be paid for by cash, cashiers check, company check, or personal check, but no temporary checks or credit cards. If buying for resale buyer .must have a copy of his resale tax exemption fonn. #7 Auction items will be set out in an order that auction company feels will bring the best results for the seller. Each lot or item will be given a lot number and inventory will be taken and a representative of Lamar County Auditor's Office is more than welcome to help or supervise. During the sale the clerk wil1 record the activi.ties of the sale with what each lot or item brings on a three pan: carbon copy in. which Lamar County, the Auction Co.mpany and the buyer will receive a copy.
