G. 433 E. Grove, Lot 10, City Block 74-C <br />Harrell Tippitt made a motion that the building be repaired or demolished <br />within 90 days with a $1000 per day civil penalty and, if the building is <br />not demolished within the 90 day time period, the City will demolish the <br />building. Chad Brown seconded the motion. The motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />thst <br />H. 1451 10 Street N.W., Lot 9, Block 9, Smith’s 1 Addition <br />There were no comments from the audience concerning this property. <br /> <br />Pike Burkhart made a motion that the building be demolished within 60 <br />days with a $1000 per day civil penalty and, if the building is not <br />demolished within the 60 day time period, the City will demolish the <br />building. Chad Brown seconded the motion. The motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />th <br />I. 430 13 Street N.W., Lot 3, Block 1, Gorham Addition <br />Robert Talley stated that the building had been repaired prior to the <br />meeting and was now in compliance with City Ordinance. <br /> <br />J. 1850 W. The motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Brad Archer made a motion that the building be secured within 10 days <br />and, if the building is not secured within the 10 day time period, the City <br />will secure the building. Ryan Lassiter seconded the motion. The motion <br />carried unanimously <br /> <br />4.
