Grove, Lot 10, City Block 74-C <br />Harrell Tippitt made a motion that the building be repaired or demolished <br />within 90 days with a $1000 per day civil penalty and, if the building is <br />not demolished within the 90 day time period, the City will demolish the <br />building.
