B. 1801 W. Shiloh, Lots 1 & 2, Block 9, Westside Addition <br />Robert Talley stated that the structure was previously demolished by the <br />property owner, but some debris still remains on the property. <br /> <br />Chad Brown made a motion that the property be cleanup up within 30 <br />days with a $1000 per day civil penalty and, if the property is not cleaned <br />up within the 30 day time period, the City will clean up the property. Ryan <br />Lassiter seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />th <br />C. 675 13 Street N.W., Lot 9. Block 9, Colonial Addition <br />There were no comments from the audience concerning this property. <br /> <br />Chad Brown made a motion that the building be demolished within 30 <br />days with a $1000 per day civil penalty and, if the building is not <br />demolished within the 30 day time period, the City will demolish the <br />building. Greg Wilson seconded the motion. The motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />D. 1105 7th Street N.W., Lot 15, City Block 235 <br />There were no comments from the audience concerning this property. <br /> <br />Pike Burkhart made a motion that the building be demolished within 30 <br />days with a $1000 per day civil penalty and, if the building is not <br />demolished within the 30 day time period, the City will demolish the <br />building. Mary Crumpler seconded the motion.
