<br />June 27, 2005 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Discussion of and possible action regarding the following structures <br />considered by code inspectors to be in violation of Article III of Chapter 7 of <br />the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, entitled <br />"Substandard and Dangerous Buildings and Structures, II to determine <br />whether such buildings or structures can be rehabilitated and designated on <br />the National Register of Historic Places, as a recorded Texas Historic <br />Landmark, or as historic property as designated by the City Council of the <br />City of Paris: <br /> <br />A. 109 27th Street N. W. <br />B. 230 2nd Street S. W. <br />C. 339 4th Street S. W. <br />D. 328 W. Neagle <br />E. 319 W. Neagle <br />F. 1420 6th Street N.E. <br />G. 580 Hickory <br />H. 1061 8th Street N.E. <br />I. 739 8th Street N.E. <br />J. 337 7th Street S. W. <br /> <br />Paul Denney requested that items 4.C. and 4.J. be removed from the list, and <br />Sue Lancaster requested that item 4.B. be removed since the owners are in <br />the processing of repairing it. <br /> <br />Becki Norment arrived. <br /> <br />Motion to forward items 4.A., D., E., F., G., G., and I. to the Building and <br />Standards Commission was made by Barbara Wilson, seconded by Paul <br />Denny. Motion carried 7-0. <br /> <br />Item 4.B. Sue Lancaster advised the Commission that the owners were <br />bringing this property along. It was formerly a cotton grating building with <br />skylights. Motion to allow 90 days for the owner to make repairs was made <br /> <br />I <br />
