Ms. <br />. Stweatman expressed drainage concerns. <br /> <br />Margo Spencer, 735 Fairway, opposed the petition. Ms. Spencer <br />wanted to know about the landscape buffer-she prefers a fence to <br />. . landsc.aping buffer.' '. .'. <br /> <br />Tommy Harris, 2850 Ridgeview, expressedconcern"uabout lighting. <br /> <br />There was no further opposition, the public hearing was declared <br />closed. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Consideration of and action on the petition of John Marc Tolson for <br />a change in zoning from a Planned Development District (PD-a) - <br />Retail Shopping Center to a PlanneØ. Development District (PD-b) <br />Housing Development or Community 'Unit 'Development (Assisted <br />Living) on Part of Lot 14, City Block 259 (+/- 3.55 acres), being <br />l~çated in the 70.Qþ!ock of Collegiat~ Drive. <br /> <br />Motion was made to approve by Carl Lucas, seconded by Bobby <br />Myers. Motion carried by a vote of 7 ayes and 0 nays. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />Public Hearing to consider the petition of Angela Corrigan for a <br />change in zoning from a One-Family Dwelling District No.2 (SF -2) <br />to a Neighborhood Service District (NS) on Lot 2, Block A of the <br />Westwood Addition, being number 3420 W.
