ORDINANCE NO. 98'059 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY <br />OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY <br />THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE <br />DISTRICT (NS) ON LOT 2, CITY BLOCK 254, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO <br />VIRGINIA JESSEE, SO A5 TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY <br />DESIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2); DESIGNATING <br />THE BOUNDARIES OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) SO <br />ESTABLISHED; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $2,000.00; <br />REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT <br />HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF DECEMBER 1, 1998. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance <br />No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a <br />NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) be, and the same is hereby, established on LOT <br />2, CITY BLOCK 254, on property belonging to VIRGINIA JESSEE, so as to include in such <br />NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) the hereinafter described property, which was <br />formerly and is presently designated as a ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2), <br />and that the boundaries of said NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS), be, and the same <br />are hereby, established as follows: <br />SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of <br />Lamar, and State of Texas, being a part of the George W. Cox Survey, also being <br />Lot 2, City Block 254, and being more particularly described in two tracts as <br />follows: <br />FIRST TRACT: A part of Lot 1 of Baker Heights Addition and part of City <br />Block 248: <br />BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of said Lot No. 1 of the said Baker <br />Heights Addition to the said City of Paris, a plat of same being of record in Plat <br />Book 1, Page 88, of the Lamar County Plat Records; <br />THENCE North, with the East Boundary Line of said lot, a distance of 60 <br />feet to the Northeast corner of said lot, continuing North a distance of 4 feet, <br />making in all 64 feet to a fence corner; <br />THENCE West a distance of 24.5 feet to a fence corner; <br />THENCE South a distance of 64 feet to a fence corner; <br />THENCE F.ast a distance of 24.5 feer to the place of beginning, being the <br />same property described in deed from C. B. Coons and wife, Edith Coons, to Mrs. <br />Emily Morgan, dated June 1, 1950, and recorded in Volume 314, Page 357, Deed <br />Records, Lamar County, Texas; reference being made to all instruments and <br />records for all necessary purposes. <br />
