SECOND TRACT: Being in City Block 254 and as determined from an actual survey made on the ground May 24, 1950, by W. F. Hicks, Engineer, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of the Burley Fields property, same being 78 feet Southeast from the intersection of the East Boundary Line of 20th Street S.E., formerly designated South 36th Street, with the South Boundary Line of Clarksville Street to an iron post; THENCE in a Southeasterly direction with the South Boundary Line of Clarksville Street a distance of 181.5 feet to a fence corner, same being the Northwest corner of a lot formerly owned by Carl M. McWharter, Jr.; THENCE South a distance of 155 feet to a stake; THENCE West a distance of 102.5 feet to a stake; THENCE North a distance of 124 feet to a stake, being the Northeast corner of C. B. Coons' lot; THENCE West a distance of 65.4 feet to a stake; THENCE North a distance of 14 feet to the Southeast corner of said Fields' lot, continuing North in all a distance of 129.5 feet to the place of beginning, being the same property described in deed from C. W. Cox and wife, Roger Nell Cox, to Mrs. Claude Morgan, dated May 29, 1950, and recorded in Volume 314, Page 350, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas; reference being here made to all instruments and records for all necessary purposes, and being number 2030 Clarksville Street. Section 2. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris be, and he is hereby, directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $2,000.00, and each and every day's continuance of any violation of the above-enumerated sections shall constitute and be deemed a separate offense. Section 4. All ordinances or parts of ardinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective December 1, 1998.
