SECOND TRACT: Being in City Block 254 and as determined from an actual <br />survey made on the ground May 24, 1950, by W. F. Hicks, Engineer, and being <br />more particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of the Burley Fields property, same <br />being 78 feet Southeast from the intersection of the East Boundary Line of 20th <br />Street S.E., formerly designated South 36th Street, with the South Boundary Line <br />of Clarksville Street to an iron post; <br />THENCE in a Southeasterly direction with the South Boundary Line of <br />Clarksville Street a distance of 181.5 feet to a fence corner, same being the <br />Northwest corner of a lot formerly owned by Carl M. McWharter, Jr.; <br />THENCE South a distance of 155 feet to a stake; <br />THENCE West a distance of 102.5 feet to a stake; <br />THENCE North a distance of 124 feet to a stake, being the Northeast <br />corner of C. B. Coons' lot; <br />THENCE West a distance of 65.4 feet to a stake; <br />THENCE North a distance of 14 feet to the Southeast corner of said Fields' <br />lot, continuing North in all a distance of 129.5 feet to the place of beginning, being <br />the same property described in deed from C. W. Cox and wife, Roger Nell Cox, <br />to Mrs. Claude Morgan, dated May 29, 1950, and recorded in Volume 314, Page <br />350, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas; reference being here made to all <br />instruments and records for all necessary purposes, and being number 2030 <br />Clarksville Street. <br />Section 2. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris be, and he is hereby, <br />directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of <br />Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the <br />provisions of this ordinance. <br />Section 3. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of <br />a Misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $2,000.00, and <br />each and every day's continuance of any violation of the above-enumerated sections shall <br />constitute and be deemed a separate offense. <br />Section 4. All ordinances or parts of ardinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly <br />repealed. <br />Section 5.
