Bad faith or unreasonable <br /> delay in performance of plumbing work shall be deemed a <br /> sufficient reason for subjecting the plumber so offending to a <br /> suspension of the permit, and no further permit shall be issued <br /> until such act of bad faith or unreasonable delay has been <br /> corrected.' <br /> <br /> "`Section 104.6.4, Permits Not Transferable <br /> <br /> "`Each permit issued under this Code shall be personal to the <br /> permittee. No such permit shall be assigned or transferred to <br /> another person, and no person shall allow another person to obtain <br /> a permit in his name or allow any plumbing or gas fitting work to <br /> be performed under his permit by any person other than one <br /> authorized to do the same.' <br /> <br /> "Section 110, Violations and Penalties, is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> °`Any person, firm or corporation, or agent who shall violate a <br /> provision of this Code, or who fails to comply herewith or with <br /> any of the provisions hereof, or who violates a detailed statement <br /> or plan submitted and approved hereunder, shall be guilty of a <br /> misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not <br /> to exceed two thousand dollars ($2,000.00), and each and every <br /> day's continuance of any violation of the provisions hereof shall <br /> constitute and be deemed a separate offense.' <br /> . <br /> <br /> <br /> Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty <br /> of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $2,000.00, and <br /> each and every day's continuance of any violation of the above enumerated section shall <br /> constitute and be deemed a separate offense. <br /> <br /> Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ardinances in conflict herewith are hereby <br /> expressly repealed. <br /> <br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on March 1, 1996. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of February, 19 6. <br /> <br /> <br /> Eric S.
