Highway 195, a distance of <br /> approximately 0.791 miles, a speed limit of fifty (50) miles per <br /> hour at all times, as evidenced by the plan attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit C; <br /> <br /> (4) On F.M. Highway 1508, southwesterly from the City <br /> Limits of Paris to the centerline of US 271, a distance of <br /> approximately 0.900 miles, a speed limit of fifty-five (55) miles <br /> per hour at all times, as evidenced by the plan attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit D; <br /> <br /> (5) On F.M. Highway 195, northeasterly from the <br /> centerline of BU 82 H(Lamar Avenue), a distance of <br /> approximately 0.200 miles, a speed limit of thirty (30) miles per <br /> hour at all times; thence northeasterly a distance of approximately <br /> 1.100 miles, a speed limit of forty (40) miles per hour at all times; <br /> thence northeasterly to the north City Limits of Paris, a distance <br /> of approximately 0.972 miles, a speed limit of fifty (50) miles per <br /> hour at all times, as evidenced by the plan attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit E. <br /> <br /> Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty <br /> of a Misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $200.00, and <br /> each and every day's continuance of any violation of the above enumerated section shall <br /> constitute and be deemed a separate offense. <br /> <br /> Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby <br /> expressly repealed. <br /> <br /> Section 4.
