<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council further finds that proper notice was given to the owner or owners
<br /> of the structures hereinafter listed. That at said hearing on the 16th day of December, 1994, the
<br /> Committee listed the structures involved and introduced pictures of the various portions the structures
<br /> and various portions of the premises involved and a list of discrepancies in the structures located
<br /> thereon. That the Committee found that each of the hereinafter listed structures was in such a state
<br /> of deterioration and dilapidation as to create a serious fire hazard to life and property, and that each
<br /> of said buildings was dilapidated and dangerous to life and property and dangerous structures to life
<br /> and property. That the owners of the property appeared before the Committee and requested time to
<br /> repair the structures or the Committee found that the structures could be repaired. That it was the
<br /> recommendation of the Committee that the structures be condemned or repaired and that the respective
<br /> owners thereof be given the time to abate said nuisance by repair or removal as is set out in connection
<br /> with each of such addresses, as follows:

<br /> 960 & 962 S. Main Street, 6 months to repair or
<br /> Lots 12 & 12A, City Block 157 demolish and remove
<br />
<br /> 429 E. Sherman, 60 days to repair or
<br /> Lot 9-A, City Block 141 demolish and remove
<br />
<br /> 206 24th Street S.E., 30 days to submit plan
<br /> Lots 45, 47, 49 & S. 10' Lot 43, and obtain permit
<br /> Block 2, Lamar Terrace

<br /> 1415 W. Plum, 6 months to make repairs or
<br /> Lot 2, Block 4, Harrison 9th Addition demolish and remove
<br />
<br /> 1306 Bonham, Lot 5, City Block 189 30 days to make repairs or
<br /> demolish and remove
<br />
<br /> 1149 6th Street N.E., 60 days to make repairs or
<br /> Lot 6, Block 2, Hull Addition demolish and remove
<br />
<br /> 1145 E. Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive, 45 days to make repairs or
<br /> Lot 8, City Block 269 demolish and remove
<br />
<br /> 330 19th Street N.E., 60 days to make repairs or
<br /> Lot 1-A, City Block 227-E demolish and remove
<br />
<br /> 2830 E. Cherry, E. 51' Lots 6& 7 60 days to make repairs or
<br /> and N. 50' of E. 51' Lot 8, Block 4, demolish and remove
<br /> Springlake Addition
<br />
<br /> and it is so stated in the report of the Building Hazard Inspection Committee filed with the City Clerk
<br /> of the City of Paris on the 22nd day of December, 1994; and,

<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has fully heard and considered the testimony presented upon the
<br /> hearing and a complete transcript of the testimony reported by the Building Hazard Inspection
<br /> Committee; NOW, THEREFORE,

<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
