<br /> are a nuisance, and they are hereby declared a nuisance, in that they are dangerous to life and
<br /> property, and that the same constitute a fire hazard to life and property, and that the respective owners
<br /> are hereby ordered to abate such nuisance within thirty (30) days from the date hereof. That the
<br /> structure located at the following address:

<br /> 437 E. Garrett, Lot 5, Block 4, Washington Heights Addition

<br /> is a nuisance, and it is hereby declared a nuisance, in that it is dangerous to life and property, and that
<br /> the same constitute a fire hazard to life and property and that the respective owner is hereby ordered
<br /> to abate such nuisance within sixty (60) days from the date hereof. The City Clerk is directed to
<br /> furnish the owners a copy of this ordinance, in the event the addresses of said owners are known, and
<br /> in the event the respective owners refuse to comply with this ordinance, the City Attorney, T. K.
<br /> Haynes, is hereby directed to proceed to enforce this ordinance by the procedure provided for in
<br /> Article III of Chapter 7 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris.

<br /> Section 2. That the structures hereinafter enumerated are a nuisance, and they are hereby
<br /> declared a nuisance, in that they are dangerous to life and property, and that the same constitute a fire
<br /> hazard to life and property, and that the respective owners are hereby ordered to abate such nuisances
