<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council further finds that proper notice was given to the owner or owners
<br /> of the structures hereinafter listed. That at said hearing on the 15th day of September, 1995, the
<br /> Committee listed the structures involved and introduced pictures of the various portions the structures
<br /> and various portions of the premises involved and a list of discrepancies in the structures located
<br /> thereon. That the Committee found that each of the hereinafter listed structures was in such a state
<br /> of deteriorarion and dilapidation as to create a serious fire hazard to life and property, and that each
<br /> of said buildings was dilapidated and dangerous to life and property and dangerous structures to life
<br /> and property. That the owners of the property appeared before the Committee and requested time to
<br /> repair the structures or the Committee found that the structures could be repaired. That it was the
<br /> recommendation of the Committee that the structures be condemned or repaired and that the respective
<br /> owners thereof be given the time to abate said nuisance by repair or removal as is set out in connection
<br /> with each of such addresses, as follows:

<br /> 1044 14th Street N.E., 180 days to make necessary repairs
<br /> Lot 5, Block 7, Harlan Heights Addition

<br /> 1040 7th Street N.W., 30 days to commence demolition or
<br /> Lot 1, City Block 98 (Casa Bonita) submit plan of renovation
<br />
<br /> 721 Fitzhugh, Lots 11, 14 & 180 days to make necessary repairs
<br /> S. 40' Lot 10, Block 4, Fitzhugh Addition
<br />
<br /> 946 South Main Street, 30 days to begin repairs and
<br /> Lot 11, City Block 157 180 days to make necessary repairs
<br />
<br /> and it is so stated in the report of the Building Hazard Inspection Committee filed with the City Clerk
<br /> of the City of Paris on the 22nd day of September, 1995; and,
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has fully heard and considered the testimony presented upon the
<br /> hearing and a complete transcript of the testimony reported by the Building Hazard Inspection
<br /> Committee; NOW, THEREFORE,

<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
