<br /> are hereby ordered to abate such nuisance within thirty (30) days from the date hereof. That the
<br /> structure located at the following address:

<br /> 902 12th Street N.E., Lot 4, Block 7, Belmont Addition
<br />
<br /> is a nuisance, and is hereby declared a nuisance, in that it is dangerous to life and property, and that
<br /> the same constitutes a fire hazard to life and property, and that the respective owners are hereby
<br /> ordered to abate such nuisance within thirty (60) days from the date hereof. That the structure located
<br /> at the following address:

<br /> 719 East Houston, Lot 12, City Block 29
<br />
<br /> is a nuisance, and is hereby declared a nuisance, in that it is dangerous to life and property, and that
<br /> the same constitutes a fire hazard to life and property, and that the respective owner is hereby ordered
<br /> to abate such nuisance within eighty-three (83) days from the date hereof. The City Clerk is directed
<br /> to furnish the owners a copy of this ordinance, in the event the addresses of said owners are known,
<br /> and in the event the respective owners refuse to comply with this ordinance, the City Attorney, T. K.
<br /> Haynes, is hereby directed to proceed to enforce this ordinance by the procedure provided for in
<br /> Article III of Chapter 7 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris.

<br /> Section 2. That the structures hereinafter enumerated are a nuisance, and they are
<br /> hereby declared a nuisance, in that they are dangerous to life and property, and that the same constitute
<br /> a fire hazard to life and property, and that the respective owners are hereby ordered to abate such
<br /> nuisances on or before the dates set out in connection with the addresses of each of such structures,
<br /> as follows:

<br /> 1044 14th Street N.E., April 8, 1996 to make necessary repairs
<br /> Lot 5, Block 7, Harlan Heights Addition
<br />
<br /> 1040 7th Street N.W., November 8, 1995 to commence demolition
<br /> Lot 1, City Block 98 (Casa Bonita) or submit plan of renovation
<br />
<br /> 721 Fitzhugh, Lots 11, 14 & April 8, 1996 to make necessary repairs
<br /> S. 40' Lot 10, Block 4, Fitzhugh Addirion
<br />
<br /> 946 South Main Street, November 8, 1995 to begin repairs and
<br /> Lot 11, City Block 157 April 8, 1996 to make necessary repairs
<br />
<br /> The City Clerk is directed to furnish the owners a copy of this ordinance, in the event the addresses
<br /> of said owners are known, and in the event the respective owners refuse to comply with this ordinance,
