Miesch, dated January 23, 1969, recorded in Vol. 486, page 417, Deed Records of Lamar County Texas; THENCE S 00 00' 53" E along the East boundary line of said 9 acre tract and the West boundary line of said 6 acre tract a distance of 210.11 feet to a 1/2" rebar set for a corner, being on the Southwest corner of said 6 acre tract and the Southeast corner of said 9 acre tract and being on the North boundary line of said Lamar Ave. and U.S. Hwy 82; THENCE N 89° 56' 38" W along the North boundary line of said Lamar Ave. and U.S. Hwy 82 a distance of 210 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 1.012 acres of land, located in the 4000 Block of Lamar Avenue. Section 2. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby, directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $2,000.00, and each and every day's continuance of any violation of the above enumerated ordinance shall constitute and be deemed a separate offense. Section 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective January 1, 1996.
