<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has fully heard and considered the testimony presented upon the
<br /> hearing and a complete transcript of the testimony reported by the Building Hazard Inspection
<br /> Committee; NOW, THEREFORE,

<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:

<br /> are a nuisance, and they are hereby declared a nuisance, in that they are dangerous to life and
<br /> property, and that the same constitute a fire hazard to life and property, and that the respective owners
<br /> are hereby ordered to abate such nuisance within thirty (30) days from the date hereof. That the
<br /> structure located at the following address:

<br /> 1421 W. Kaufman, Lots 11, 12, & 13, Block 1, Talkington-Hodge Addition

<br /> is a nuisance, and it is hereby declared a nuisance, in that it is dangerous to life and property, and that
<br /> the same constitute a fire hazard to life and property, and that the respective owner is hereby ordered
<br /> to abate such nuisance within forty-five (45) days from the date hereof. The City Clerk is directed
<br /> to furnish the owners a copy of this ordinance, in the event the addresses of said owners are known,
<br /> and in the event the respective owners refuse to comply with this ordinance, the City Attorney, T. K.
<br /> Haynes, is hereby directed to proceed to enforce this ordinance by the procedure provided for in
<br /> Article III of Chapter 7 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris.

<br /> Section 2. That the structures hereinafter enumerated are a nuisance, and they are
<br /> hereby declared a nuisance, in that they are dangerous to life and property, and that the same constitute
<br /> a fire hazard to life and property, and that the respective owners are hereby ordered to abate such
<br /> nuisances on or before the dates set out in connection with the addresses of each of such structures,
<br /> as follows:

<br /> Lot 3, City Block 11 renovation and July 11, 1994, to make repairs.
<br />
