That <br /> the structure located at the following address: <br /> 326-338-350 3rd Street N.E., Lot 5, City Block 60 <br /> is a nuisance, and is hereby declared a nuisance, in that it <br /> is dangerous to life and property, and that the same <br /> constitute a fire hazard to life and property, and that the <br /> respective owner is hereby ordered to abate such nuisance <br /> within sixty (60) days from the date hereof. The City Clerk <br /> is directed to furnish the owners a copy of this ordinance, <br /> in the event the addresses of said owiiers are known, and in <br /> the event the respective owners refuse to comply with this <br /> ordinance, the City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, is hereby <br /> directed to proceed to enforce this ordinance by the <br /> procedure provided for in Article III of Chapter 7 of the <br /> Code of Ordinances of the Ci.ty of Paris. <br /> Section 2.
