93-017 ORD CONTAINING HEARING ON PROPERTIES LOCATED IN COP BELONGING TO VARIOUS OWNERS

WHEREAS, the City Council further finds that proper notice was given to the owner or owners of the structures hereinafter listed. That at: said hearing on the 23rd day of March, 1993, the Committee listed the structures involved and introduced pictures of the various portions of the structures and various portions of the premises involved and a list of discrepancies in the structures located thereon. That the Committee found that earh of the hereinafter listed structures was in such state of deterioration and dilapidation as to create a serious fire hazard to life and property, and that each of said buildings was dilapidated and dangerous to life and property and dangerous structures to life and property. That the owners of the property appeared before the Committee and requested time to repair the structures or the Committee found that the structures could be repaired. That it was the recouunendation of the Committee that the structures be condemned or repaired and that the respective owners thereof be given the time to abate said nuisance by repair or removal as is set out in connection with each of such addresses, as follows: 1420 Fitzhugh, Lot 17, 120 days to repair Block Q, East Park Addn. or remove 131 East Price Street, 60 days to make Pt. Lot 3, City Block 39 repairs 603 8th Street N.E., 30 days to make Lot 22, City Block 63 repairs or remove 325-333 8th Street N.E., Secure immediately Lot 16, City Block 64-B 30 days to begin work, 90 days to repair or remove 506 lOth Street N.E., 90 days to make Lot 13, City Block 69-A repairs 1102 5th Street N.E., 120 days to make Lot 3, City Block 93-A repairs 1809 East Cherry, 30 days to repair Lot 4, City Block 227-A or remove 2600 Pine Bluft, 120 days to clean up Lot 14, City Block 255-A grounds and make repairs and it is so stated in the report of the Building Hazard Inspection Committee filed with the City Clerk of the City of Paris on the 30th day of March, 1993; and, WHEREAS, the City Council has fully heard and considered the testimony presented upon the hearing and a complete transcript of the testimony reported by the Building Hazard Inspection Committee; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the structures located at the following addresses: 401 E.
