The first part of next week, the <br />code inspector assigned to su bstandard <br />buildings will be seeking either <br />permission from the owner to enter the <br />property or an administrative search <br />warrant to enter the premises to inspect <br />the ceilings in order to determine roof <br />damage. It does appear that there is an <br />opening of some sort at the back. Owner <br />has since responded by filing a COA; <br />however, it did not include all the <br />required information.
