<br /> are found to be in a state of dilapidation, and they are
<br /> hereby declared a nuisance, in that they are dangerous to
<br /> life and property, and that the same constitute a fire hazard
<br /> to life and property, and that the respective owners are
<br /> hereby ordered to abate such nuisance within thirty (30) days
<br /> from the date hereof. That: the structures located at the
<br /> following addresses:
<br /> 442 lst Street Pd.W., Lot 3, City Block 78
<br /> 1611 Bonham, Lot 1-2, Block 2, S. J. Wright Add.
<br /> 1655 Martin Luther King, Jr. Dr., Lot 4, Block 2
<br /> of Block 267 Lane Place
<br /> 4115-4135 Clarksville, Lot 2, City Block 347
<br /> are found to be in a state ot dilapidation, and they are
<br /> hereby declared a nuisance, in that they are dangerous to
<br /> life and property, and that the same constitute a fire hazard
<br /> to life and property, and that the respective owners are
<br /> hereby ordered to abate such nuisance within sixty (60) days
<br /> from the date hereof. The City Clerk is directed to furnish
<br /> the owners a copy of this ordinance, in the event the
<br /> addresses of said awners are known, and in the event the
<br /> respective owners refuse to comply with this ordinance, the
<br /> City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, is hereby directed to proceed to
<br /> enforce this ordinance by the procedure provided for in
<br /> Article III of Chapter 7 of the Code of Ordinances of the
<br /> City of Paris.
<br /> Section 2. That the structures hereinafter
<br /> enumerated are found to be in a state of dilapidation, and if
<br /> they are not regaired as permitted by this ordinance they are
<br /> a nuisance, and they are hereby declared a nuisance, in that
<br /> they are dangerous to life and property, and that the same
<br /> constitute a fire haza.rd to life and property, and that the
<br /> respective owners are hereby ordered to abate such nuisances
<br /> on or before the dates set out in connection with the
<br /> addresses of each of such structures, as follows:
<br /> 741 9th Street N.W., December 16, 1993, to
<br /> Lot 7, City Block 86 submit plan of renovation
<br /> or demolish and remove.
<br /> 504 lst Street N.W., February 14, 1994, to
<br /> Lot 4, City Block 78 repair or demolish and
<br /> remove.
<br /> 1099-1118-1130 West Shiloh, December 16, 1993, to
<br /> Lot 1, City Block 86 submit plan for repairs or
<br /> to demolish and remove,
<br /> and January 15, 1994, to
<br /> complete repairs.
