Wright Add. <br /> 1655 Martin Luther King, Jr. Dr., Lot 4, Block 2 <br /> of Block 267 Lane Place <br /> 4115-4135 Clarksville, Lot 2, City Block 347 <br /> are found to be in a state ot dilapidation, and they are <br /> hereby declared a nuisance, in that they are dangerous to <br /> life and property, and that the same constitute a fire hazard <br /> to life and property, and that the respective owners are <br /> hereby ordered to abate such nuisance within sixty (60) days <br /> from the date hereof. The City Clerk is directed to furnish <br /> the owners a copy of this ordinance, in the event the <br /> addresses of said awners are known, and in the event the <br /> respective owners refuse to comply with this ordinance, the <br /> City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, is hereby directed to proceed to <br /> enforce this ordinance by the procedure provided for in <br /> Article III of Chapter 7 of the Code of Ordinances of the <br /> City of Paris. <br /> Section 2.
