<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> (11) Type and amount of raw materials <br /> processed (averaged and maximum per day), <br /> which are known to contain or exhibit a <br /> potential to produce any limited, restricted <br /> or prohibited substance or toxic pollutants; <br /> (12) Any other intormation as may be deemed by <br /> the Gity to be necessary to evaluate the <br /> permit application. <br /> The City will evaluate the date furnished by <br /> the users and may require additional information. <br /> After evaluation and acceptance of the data fur- <br /> nished, the City may issue a wastewater contribu- <br /> tion permit subject to the terms and conditions <br /> provided herein. <br /> (c) Permit Conditions. Wastewater contribu- <br /> tion permits shall be expressly subject to all <br /> provisions of this article and all fees established <br /> by the City. Permits for all sigtiificant indus- <br /> trial users as defined in this article shall <br /> contain the following minimum conditions and <br /> requirements; other users may be subject to any or <br /> all of the following requirements: <br /> (1) Statement of duration; <br /> <br /> (2) Statement of non-transferability; <br /> <br /> (3) Effluent limits based on applicable <br /> pretreatment standards, categorical pretreat- <br /> ment standards, local limits, and state and <br /> local law; <br /> (4) Specifications for monitoring programs <br /> including and not limited to: sampling <br /> locations, frequency of sampling, number, <br /> types of pollutants to be monitored, and <br /> standards for testing and reporting schedules; <br /> (5) Requirements for notification of SLUG <br /> discharges; <br /> <br /> (6) Requirements for federal categorical <br /> pretreatment standards for users subject to <br /> such standards; <br /> (7) Requirements for submission of technical <br /> reports or discharge reports. <br /> <br /> (8) Requirements for maintaining and retain- <br /> ing plant records relating to wastewater <br /> discharge as specified by the City, and <br /> affording City access thereto; <br /> (9) Requirements for notification of the City <br /> before any new introduction of wastewater <br /> constituents or any substantial change in the <br /> volume or character of the wastewater constit- <br /> uents being intr.oduced into the wastewater <br /> treatment system; <br /> (10) Statement of applicable civil and <br /> criminal penalties for violations and any <br /> applicable compliance schedules. Such <br /> schedules may not extend the compliance date <br /> beyond applicable federal deadlines; <br /> <br /> <br /> -17- <br />
