<br /> are a nuisance, and they ar.e hereby declared a nuisance, in
<br /> that they are dangerous to life and property, and that the
<br /> same constitute a fire hazard to life and property, and that
<br /> the respective owners are hereby ordered to abate such
<br /> nuisance within thirty (30) days from the date hereof. That
<br /> the structure located at the following address:
<br /> 202 3rd Street S.W., Lot 3, City Block 118
<br /> is a nuisance, and it is hereby declared a nuisance, in that
<br /> it is dangerous to life and property, and that the same
<br /> constitutes a fire hazard to life and property, and that the
<br /> respective owner is hereby ordered to abate such nuisance
<br /> in accordance with the demolition permit obtained by Mike
<br /> Upchurch which is for 6 months from September 25, 1992. The
<br /> City Clerk is directed to furnish the owners a copy of this
<br /> ordinance, in the event the addresses of said owners are
<br /> known, and in the event the respective owners refuse to
<br /> comply with this ordinance, the City Attorney, T. K. Haynes,
<br /> is hereby directed to proceed to enforce this ordinance by
<br /> the procedure provided for in Article III of Chapter 7 of
<br /> the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris.
<br /> Section 2. That the structures hereinafter
<br /> enumerated are a nuisance, and they are hereby declared a
<br /> nuisance, in that they are dangerous to life and property,
<br /> and that the same constitute a fire hazard to life and
<br /> property, and that the respective owners are hereby ordered
<br /> to abate such nuisances on or before the dates set out in
<br /> connection with the addresses of each of such structures, av
<br /> follows:
