<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council further finds that proper <br /> notice was given to the owner or owners of the structures <br /> hereinafter listed. That at. said hearing on the 30th day of <br /> November, 1992, the Committee listed the structures involved <br /> and introduced pictures of t.he various portions of the struc- <br /> tures and various portions of the premises involved and a <br /> list of discrepancies in the structures located thereon. <br /> That the Committee found that each of the hereinafter listed <br /> structures was in such state of deterioration and <br /> dilapidation as to create a serious fire hazard to life and <br /> property, and that each af said buildings was dilapidated <br /> and dangerous to life and property and dangerous structures <br /> to life and property. That the owners of the property <br /> appeared before the Committ:ee and requested time to repair <br /> the structures or the Comnâ–șittee found that the structures <br /> could be repaired. That it was the recommendation of the <br /> Committee that the structures be condemned or repaired and <br /> that the respective owners thereof be given the time to <br /> abate said nuisance by repair or removal as is set out in <br /> connection with each of such addresses, as follows: <br /> 1009 W. Kaufman Street, 60 days to repair & to <br /> Lot 6, City Block 129A submit certification <br /> of repairs & that <br /> sprinkler system in <br /> working order <br /> 639 5th Street N.E., 60 days to repair or <br /> Lot 36, City Block 60 obtain funding to repair <br /> or to remove <br /> 470 6th Street N.E., 30 days to repair or <br /> Lot 1-B, City Block 64 to remove <br /> 542 East Tudor, Secured immediately and <br /> Lots ZA & 2B7 City Block 61 30 days to repair or <br /> to remove <br /> 1004 2nd Street N.E., Secured immediately and <br /> Lots 1& 2, Block 2-A, 30 days to repair or <br /> Phillips Margrave Addition remove <br /> 505 Fitzhugh Street, 60 days to repair or <br /> Lot 8, City Block 65 to remove <br /> and it is so stated in the report of the Building Hazard <br /> Inspection Committee filed with the City Clerk of the City <br /> of Paris on the 2nd day of December, 1992; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Gouncil has fully heard and con- <br /> sidered the testimony presented upon the hearing and a <br /> complete transcript of the testimony reported by the <br /> Building Hazard Inspection Committee; NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section l.
