WHEREAS, the City Council further finds that proper notice was given to the owner or owners of the structures hereinafter listed. That at. said hearing on the 30th day of November, 1992, the Committee listed the structures involved and introduced pictures of t.he various portions of the struc- tures and various portions of the premises involved and a list of discrepancies in the structures located thereon. That the Committee found that each of the hereinafter listed structures was in such state of deterioration and dilapidation as to create a serious fire hazard to life and property, and that each af said buildings was dilapidated and dangerous to life and property and dangerous structures to life and property. That the owners of the property appeared before the Committ:ee and requested time to repair the structures or the Comn►ittee found that the structures could be repaired. That it was the recommendation of the Committee that the structures be condemned or repaired and that the respective owners thereof be given the time to abate said nuisance by repair or removal as is set out in connection with each of such addresses, as follows: 1009 W. Kaufman Street, 60 days to repair & to Lot 6, City Block 129A submit certification of repairs & that sprinkler system in working order 639 5th Street N.E., 60 days to repair or Lot 36, City Block 60 obtain funding to repair or to remove 470 6th Street N.E., 30 days to repair or Lot 1-B, City Block 64 to remove 542 East Tudor, Secured immediately and Lots ZA & 2B7 City Block 61 30 days to repair or to remove 1004 2nd Street N.E., Secured immediately and Lots 1& 2, Block 2-A, 30 days to repair or Phillips Margrave Addition remove 505 Fitzhugh Street, 60 days to repair or Lot 8, City Block 65 to remove and it is so stated in the report of the Building Hazard Inspection Committee filed with the City Clerk of the City of Paris on the 2nd day of December, 1992; and, WHEREAS, the City Gouncil has fully heard and con- sidered the testimony presented upon the hearing and a complete transcript of the testimony reported by the Building Hazard Inspection Committee; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l.
