<br />Demolition by Neglect - A definition was given. Procedure was explained. Once a <br />building has been reported, a courtesy letter is sent to the owner of the stated property and <br />they have 10 days to comply with code requirements. Board members were encouraged to <br />report buildings that meet the demolition by neglect criteria. <br /> <br />Landscape Plan for the Plaza - MS Coordinator explained that a master plan would greatly <br />increase effieciency and planning for the plaza area.
