Meeting of the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission, and the October 10,2005, Meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Paris <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />September 29,2005 <br /> <br />The following zoning change requ~sts will be presented at the September 12,2005, meeting <br />of the Planning and Zoning Commission for its consideration: <br /> <br />- - .. <br /> <br />-- - - -- ~ <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Winkleman & Associates, by Michael Clark, is requesting that the property located <br />on part of Lot 1, Block A of the Paris CVS Addition, being number 561 Clarksville <br />Street, be designated as Historic Overlay District No. 13 (HD-13) (Downtown <br />Historic District No. 2). The property is currently zoned Central Area (CA), and this <br />overlay zoning will not affect the existing use.
