<br /> Section l. That public hearings be held by and
<br /> before the Planning and Zoning commission of the City of
<br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, on the 3rd day of June, 1991, at 5:30
<br /> o'clock p.m. in the Council Kocm, City Ha11, Paris, Texas; by
<br /> and before the City Council of the City of Paris, Paris,
<br /> T'exas, in Regular Session convened on the 6th day of June,
<br /> 19919 at 6:00 o' clock p.m,, in the Council Room, City Hall,
<br /> Paris, Texas; anci by before the City Council of the City of
<br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, in Reg,ular Session convened on the lOth
<br /> day of June, 1991, at 6:00 o'clock p.m., in the Council Room,
<br /> City tlall, Paris, Texas, giving all interested persons the
<br /> right to appear and be heard on the proposed annexation and
<br /> appropriate zoning upon annexation of the following described
<br /> property:
<br /> TRACT ONE:
<br /> SITUATED within the Corporate Limits of the City
<br /> of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, a part of the John
<br /> Herrington Survey and a part of a tract of Iand
<br /> conveyed Paris Industrial Foundation by the City of
<br /> Paris of record in Volume 360, Page 320, of the Deed
<br /> Records of said County and State, further described as
<br /> follows:
<br /> BEGINNING at an iron post for corner said point
<br /> being the Southwest corner of the Flex-U-Lite property
<br /> said paint also being South 35 degrees East 350 feet,
<br /> 51 degrees East 213 feet and West 715 feet from the
<br /> Northeast corner of the above mentioned tract conveyed
<br /> to Paris Industrial Foundation;
<br /> THENCE west a distance of 377.4 teet to an iron
<br /> pin for corner;
<br /> 'THENCE North 0 degrees 03 minutes East a distance
<br /> of 349 feet to an iron pin for corner;
<br /> THENCE North 67 degrees 59 minutes East a distance
<br /> of 406.8 feet to a stake for corner, the Northwest
<br /> corner of the Flex-O-Lite property;
<br /> THENCE South a distance of 501.5 feet to the place
<br /> of beginning, and containing 3.683 acres of land, more
<br /> or 1ess.
<br /> As determined by an actual survey made on the
<br /> ground by R. S. Chaney, Registered Professional
<br /> Engineer No. 15688 on December 12, 1977.
<br /> TRACT TWO:
<br /> SITUATED within the Corporate Limits of the City
<br /> of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, a part of the John
<br /> Herrington Survey and a part of a tract of land
<br /> conveyed Paris industrial Foundation by the City of
<br /> Paris of record in Volume 360, Page 320, of the Deed
<br /> Records of said County and State, further described as
<br /> toll.ows:
<br /> BEGINNING at an iron post for corner, said point
<br /> being West a distance of 377.4 feet from the Southwest
<br /> corner of the F'lex-O-Lite property, said point also
<br /> being South 35 degrees East 350 feet, South 51 degrees
<br /> East 213 feet, and West 1092.4 feet from the Northeast
<br /> corner of the above mentioned tract conveyed to Paris
<br /> Industrial Foundation;
